Policy Against Anti-Social Forces

This is an English translation of the original Japanese document for reference. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.

To cut off all relationships with anti-social forces that threaten the order and safety of society, Pandon G.K. (“we”, “us” or “our”) establishes the following basic policy.

Organizational response

We respond to unreasonable demands from anti-social forces as an entire organization, led by management, and ensure the safety of the staff who respond.

Cooperation with external professional organizations

In preparation for unreasonable demands from anti-social forces, we build close cooperative relationships with external professional organizations such as the police, the Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations and lawyers.

No relationships of any kind, including business transactions

We have no relationships of any kind with anti-social forces, including business transactions, and we reject their unreasonable demands.

Civil and criminal legal action in emergencies

We take legal action, both civil and criminal, against unreasonable demands from anti-social forces.

Prohibition of backroom deals and provision of funds

Even if an unreasonable demand from anti-social forces is based on misconduct in our business activities or by our staff, we never make backroom deals to conceal the facts. We never provide funds to anti-social forces.
